依據行政院資通安全處108年7月18日院臺護字第1080182934號，提醒有多起利用社交工程郵件夾帶微軟Office文件並開啟巨集功能下載惡意程式之攻擊手法，請預設關閉微軟Office文件巨集功能，避免遭有心人士利用進行攻擊。

系統需求

作業系統請升級至 Windows 10

安裝方式

office2021的安裝方式↓
對安裝Office_LTSC_Pro_2021_x64 按右鍵以系統管理員身分執行(或者滑鼠左鍵快點兩下)

依指示操作，就會開始自動安裝程序。
安裝完畢後右鍵系統管理員身分執行「授權認證檔」

office2019的安裝方式↓
下載 Office_2019 資料夾，執行 install.bat 後

依指示操作，就會開始自動安裝程序。
安裝完畢後右鍵系統管理員身分執行「授權認證檔」

授權

Windows 版本/Office 2019 採用KMS認證機制，安裝中無須序號。
微軟作業系統、Office每半年需重新授權(需連上校內網域進行授權認證)。

The way to install
download Office_2019, then run install.bat
follow the way to operate, the auto-install processing go through
After install you will see the Office2019_KMS.bat on your file of computer, you should use the right key of the mouse to move to Office2019_KMS.bat, then you can use the administrator to run this [Authorization certificate file]

Authorization
The windows office version 2019 use the Authorization of KAM, it doesn't need the serial number for itstallation.
Micsoft system, The office must be Authorization every half year. ( it's must be inside of campus to do the authorization )

系統需求

作業系統最新三個版本的 macOS 支援 Mac 版 Office 2019。

安裝方式

請您下載主程式 installer (.pkg 檔案) 及大量授權程式 Office_Mac_Serializer (.iso 檔案)

將主程式安裝後，必須再安裝大量授權程式，才能夠取得校園授權。

未授權的 Office 應用程式，會要求您必須登入 Office 帳號 (個人訂閱服務，非校園授權)，

否則無法使用。

授權

MacOS 版本的 Office 2019 已經由 Office_Mac_Serializer 提供授權資訊

不需要再經過認證程序。

Microsoft Office常見問題

Q：為什麼執行install會安裝失敗?
A：請先確認電腦內的Office是否移除乾淨(可至 https://chopper.nchu.edu.tw:5001/sharing/qNeEoNdoK 下載Office移除程式)。

Q：校外如何連上校內網域?
A：使用SSLVPN(可至 https://cc.nchu.edu.tw/sslvpn/ 下載並依照操作說明使用)。

Q：為什麼執行授權檔會失敗?
A：1.請先確認是否連上校內網域(NCHU)。 2.授權檔是否解壓縮。 3.執行時需滑鼠右鍵點選「系統管理員身分」執行。

Q：為何依照上述步驟卻還是出現錯誤代碼?
A：請將錯誤代碼畫面截圖下來寄到 ccmail@nchu.edu.tw 會由工程師回信處理。
